  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to address my concerns. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they brushed me off and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. As a paying customer, you expect at least a basic level of respect and service, but that was clearly not the case here. Communication was poor, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I hope they work on improving their customer service because the way customers are treated here is unacceptable.
