- CECam EFeb 26, 20261.0The smoothies are posted as non dairy. However, TWICE they have made the smoothie with whipped cream. Why would you put whipped cream on a non dairy item? It doesn’t make sense. Then, trying to contact them on the phone is a no go. They never answer so you have to drive all the way back up there to get your door dash order corrected. What a waste of money and time.

The young staff is consistently mediocre, no matter the turnover. On this particular day they didn't give me one of my paid items and yes, those are chocolate fingerprints on the outside of my sundae. And who puts hot fudge on top of whipped cream?! In dire need of good management.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
