  The food was amazing it was my first time here and the worker up front named Sophie was so kind, and patient, gave me great suggestions and got everything out so fast all by herself!

  As a Southwest Florida resident, I’d love to see 4 Rivers Smokehouse expand to Fort Myers. Our region has experienced strong population and economic growth since 2020, with continued expansion projected for years to come. There’s a clear demand here for a high-quality, community-focused BBQ restaurant, and 4 Rivers would be a great fit. Many locals are already fans from other parts of Florida—hope Southwest Florida is on your future expansion map!

  Customer service is amazing! The lady cashing me out offered me samples of the sides since I had never been here before! Definitely will be back!! I loved the babybacks and wings ! Our server Lina made sure to give us TONSSS of ranch! She was so sweet and accommodating to our needs!! I will be back with the rest of my family next time ! Watch out big party coming through HAHA

  I really hate writing this because my office genuinely loves Four Rivers Smokehouse, the food itself is great. However, the customer service and reliability have become a consistent issue. We order from this location frequently for office lunches and events, and unfortunately, every single time there is some type of mistake with the order. When you’re spending a significant amount of money for catering, accuracy matters. Just last week, I spent close to $200 on a catering order for our office, and the entire order arrived with no barbecue sauce. For a barbecue restaurant, how does that even happen? When you’re ordering for a group, you rely on the restaurant to get the basics right. I called to address the issue and was met with an attitude from the manager. Instead of taking accountability, I was given multiple excuses about not seeing the online order. I was promised a credit for the inconvenience, but it has now been a week and I have yet to receive anything. It’s disappointing because we truly enjoy the food, but you simply cannot rely on them for an event or office catering. If consistency and customer service matter to you, I would think twice before placing a large order here.

  My brother and I decided to try this BBQ. Give it a shot. Maybe a bad day here idk. I would recommend to anyone save their money and go to a real BBQ joint. When we opened it. We laughed. Idk it was laughable amount of food you get for $22 on the 3 meat option. They also don't separate the portions. It basically became a jambalaya. Only good thing we got was the sausage. Burnt end and pulled chicken.. idk not great. Unfortunately ran out of ribs and brisket when we went. Mac n cheese you can make at home and collard greens were idk I took 2 bites and put it to the side. I never write reviews but I'm still thinking about it today. Possibly one of the worst bbq I've ever had. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it is what it is.
