Upon moving to the last and only window open in the drive thru, they tell me that the size is only available in bigger size and that they no longer have the smaller option. Which is a complete lie!!!! At the time I assume they were being truthful, so I accepted it and paid. But come and find out a few minutes later that it was all a lied and no receipt was given. I will never come back to any Wendy’s, and I hope they are held accountable for this nonsense. I’m pretty sure if they did it to me they will do it to others

Drive thru speaker can barely be heard, and when you tell them, they shrugg their shoulders and say whatever not our problem. This location should probably be closed.
