  My sub is always fire 🔥 and fresh. I usually order online for pick up and it's normally ready at the time they give me. The staff is friendly and upbeat.

  I wanted to give this Jimmy Johns a shout out. It seems the franchise ownership has changed. That said, the service and quality are 10 times better than they have been over the last few years. It seems a small family took on the franchise license, or something. Whatever the change, it has improved dramatically, I hope others will give this new group a fair shot and some new ratings to get their rating back up. Thanks!

  This was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. When I tried to ask a question about the menu, the staff member I spoke with didn’t seem very interested or helpful in guiding me toward the best options. I ordered a toast sandwich, but since they don’t have an oven, it was just heated on the griddle and didn’t come out toasted as expected. On the positive side, the cashier was very kind and polite, even though their register wasn’t working properly. I ended up being charged twice, but I assume my bank will correct it in a few days. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service at the register, but the lack of helpfulness from the staff and the food not matching expectations left me disappointed.
