I ordered a pizza, specifically put for them to hand it to me, and instead, the driver left it at my door on the floor, claiming he knocked. He didn't even have the deceny to call my phone number (WHICH IS ON THE ORDER). By the time I realize it is at the front door, it is filled with ants. I call and the manager has the nerve to state she can offer a lava cake but won't give me my money back. After getting out of character, they finally refunded my money. Just absolutely disgusting service.
