Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I went 2 separate times on my lunch break. End up spending my whole 30 minutes break in the drive thru line. Then finally when u get to the window after about 10-15 minutes of waiting on the 2 cars in front of you. Then u have to wait again for them to prepare your food. By that time my break is over and I have to get back to work smh. So I ended just pulling off because I had to get back to my job 2x. I guess they have only 2 workers at night. Definitely not going back to this location.

I spent twenty-five minutes in the drive through after ordering a number one combo, Large with a coke. The following is what I received:
1.A Whataburger with a patty about half the size of the bun. It also had lettuce on it although I specifically asked for none.
2. The fries were cold and hard as a rock!
3. The coke was flat and had no taste at all.
The combo cost me $12 and was threw in the trash. Unfit to sale let along eat!
I have already written corporate however I would like to let your location know Whataburger is the only fast food restaurant I will visit. However, this type of experience has me rethinking that!

My husband and I pulled into the drive thru at 11:05pm and tried to order breakfast. We were denied stating breakfast ain't ready to be served, yet they know what time breakfast starts. After a long work day, i wanted a chicken biscuit. We were told we would have to go around and try again. Well there is no way to get out of the drive thru and we had a car in front of us. We had to wait for the car in front of us (10 minutes) to get back in the drive thru and by that time two cars had made it there in front of us. She refused to take my order at the window after making us wait way over 10 minutes to get to eat. If you serve breakfast at a certain then it should be ready to be ordered at that time. It shouldn't take a whole hour to get my food.

Ordered curbside and got there 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready because this location is normally busy so I like to give them an extra buffer before getting there. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside and gave them my name and they handed me my food, why even offer curbside if you don’t actually bring it out, pathetic.

Had a wait time long than usual due to the hour of visit. Had approximately 6 or more vehicles in front of me. Wanted a coffee to go at drive thru with the rest of my order. It was not Whataburger standards and I will not return, when passing through Tallahassee, Florida at the US 27 EXIT. Late night isn't good for this location especially, when the lobby is closed with drive thru only service and possibly very short staffed. Another sign was other customers behind me coming in and leaving due to line of vehicles.
It was the worst experience I have ever had with any Whataburger local from Pensacola Florida to Jacksonville Florida.
