    Look if you don't want to work just turn the lights off and go home. Don't just have an empty lobby and make me sit in the drive thru for ten minutes just to not give me any service.

    This Waterburger on Thomasville road in Tallahassee is probably the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The fries were perfect not too salty and my burger was on point! The staff there tonight had great customer service, with it being after 12am I was satisfied with it all, I only had a 30 min break and it was on time. 4/3/26 great staff this morning

    This Whataburger location is a total let down to the franchise, it really has turned into a dive. The fries are always soggy and never fresh. They forget entire burger entrees on expensive deliveries. They don't put in the condiments you ask for. Here is pictures of the difference between a Large fries versus the Medium size. (Just get the Medium size, you get more and it costs less). If I were the owner I would pull the plug on this location. The workers obviously don't give a flying flute about their job and should go across the street and work at the dispensary instead. Managers don't care to enforce standards.

    Just witnessed two workers disrespect an elderly women everytime I come to this establishment workers are rude food takes forever need a whole new staff breakfast and dinner crew
