Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Honestly whataburger is amazing from there crispy fries to there delicious burgers and sandwiches they honestly offer it all with an assortment of breakfast options for all to choose from and there desserts that top off the meals here at Apalachee always maintains cleanliness is there too priority I see when I come in around 4 am they are always cleaning and picking up to make sure the store is in tip top shape. I love this whataburger it is truly amazing!!!!

After a long Easter day, I found myself in the drive-thru—and first off, the fact that you were even open was a win in itself. On top of that, I realized I forgot to order my daughter’s chicken strips. I called ahead, fully prepared to circle back through the line, just hoping to check if it could be added.
Not only did the team say yes without hesitation, but they reassured me it would be ready by the time I reached the window. True to their word, everything was seamless, fast, and handled with such kindness.
That level of customer service does not go unnoticed—especially at the end of a long day. Five stars all the way. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond! Customers like me appreciate you!

This hands down is the worst excuse for a restaurant. I love Whataburger. But this location is the worst. I’m so sick of visiting and every single time being charged for stuff I ordered extra like cheese on the burger and it having no cheese. I’m sick of there being onions when I order NO onions. I’m sick of every single time waiting an extra 15-20 minutes for my food. This location is the worst. Avoid if you can. Actually hit the neighboring Culver’s.

After an all day, track meet at FSU we stepped into Whataburger and had the best service and food and experience thanks to Lorraine and her crew with over the top amazing service. We walked in right after a bus load of people and Whataburger took care of all of us in the restaurant in a speedy manner. Thank you so much for enabling our team to end the day on such a good note
