  My chicken was undercooked. I havent eaten all day and the meal I got to make myself happy is a salmonella risk. This is really upsetting.

  Every time I come to this Wendys they have too much going on & the customer service SUCKS!!!! literally every time my recent experience was terrible & the only person that gave me good customer service was Emerald F , she gave me everything i needed & was super sweet i hate that they was giving her a hard too & the General manager was extremely rude to her as she walked in making the situation worse also the other manager that was a dude he was also extremely rude & argued with every staff & customer that walked in. My last encounter here was so bad i had to get a refund cause the service was so bad. AGAIN Emerald F THANK U cause she seems to be the only person there that cares about her job. This place needs to shut down or hire a new team this is ridiculous. & wait time for ur food be 20 minutes plus.

  Gross! I get its not the best place in the world to work, but take some pride in your place of employment. No clean table, stinks, soda spilled everwhere, gross bathrooms... we left and went elsewhere.

  This Wendy’s location and staff is terrible! I will be reporting further. From the workers to the quality of food, it’s absolutely unacceptable. Recently, I ordered a Cheesy Bacon Burger combo with a baked potato as a substitute from the fries. I received my burger completely smothered in sauce as if a worker dumped a whole bottle of sauce onto my burger. (I had no prior conflict with any workers, I simply quietly ordered, so this is purely from poor performance from the workers). Aside from my burger, I had a side of a cheesy bacon baked potato with two additional ones (separate). Instead of receiving 3 baked potatoes in total, they game me three containers of fries… they did not consult me with this substitution nor informed me they were even out of baked potatoes (I wouldn’t have ordered if they were). Additionally, my strawberry lemonade tasted completely off. Please avoid this location!
