My wife walks inside to see if it’s faster and she places the order. I walk inside and see a friend of one of the employees just chatting it up like we haven’t been waiting 25 minutes at this point. The employee is making our smoothie and just stares at the ingredients and her friend (that isn’t an employee) asks “why you staring like you don’t know how to make a smoothie”. I’m hungry, thirsty, and pissed at this point. I’m giving it 1 star because I can’t submit this with ZERO stars.

Despite having no clue how rough I was feeling, just his extra effort to be kind to a customer made all the difference. That kind of employee, as a small business owner, makes all the difference.
