  I ordered a pizza on the night crew. I asked for a pan pizza. They gave me what they wanted to give me. They charged my account instead of fixing my what I wanted and then when I called them they said they pulled up a receipt but they never called back. So I will not be shopping there anymore for a long time. I don't. I didn't like the customer service idea of the fact that they didn't really care. They didn't catch up with me to find out what was really going on but don't nobody want to pay so that they didn't ask for and if I would have known that they were going to give me a pizza for the same price for a littler pizza that it wasn't even a pan pizza which I paid for and I could have got one for a carryout a lot cheaper than what they gave me one for. From now on they can keep that pizza

  OMG absolutely disgusted where the hell is the manager and who is supervising these kids? Drove in parking lot observed 3 employees on the side/ back smoking a cigarette as I walked in there is only one employee making pizzas in store there's a customer that is waiting nobody even acknowledged him nobody acknowledged me the employee then looked over at us yelled and employees name to help then he proceeded to go get them a young girl came in her appearance was less than appealing facial piercings everywhere throughout her face a big bull ring coming out of her nose..gross.. pretty sure in the food industry that's not allowed per the health department. Chesapeake if I was picking up didn't even ask the guy that was ahead of me I politely told her that he was first so she took care of him first collected his money whatever after he left she proceeded to put together some boxes or something didn't bother asking me when I was there for I stood there for a minute and then I very politely told her I was there to pick up somebody's Pizza it wasn't ready yet it was just coming out of the oven she proceeds to go back to the oven get the pizzas out of the oven and cut them up and handle the food she didn't even bother washing her hands at all not one time since she came from outside cuz she washed her hands as a matter of fact none of the employees were washing their hands so I'm assuming she was outside smoking and then handling money on top of that and going directly to touch the food that is absolutely disgusting I will never eat there at all after seeing what I saw I don't suggest eating here whatsoever the manager must not be doing their job maybe these kids need to take a ServSafe course they're going to end up getting somebody sick

  Crust soft enough not quite enough ingredients on it though ham was a bit tough. For me

  behind my back canceled the pizza so the delivery driver could take a tip was only delivered peppercinis. I was charged the minimum amount for delivery, but the workers were too lazy or incompetent to update the schedule or bake a pizza

  The girl working on 11/1725 did an awesome work making my pizza. I couldn't believe how perfect it was. I would have taken a picture but the pizza didn't last long. If she is always making them like that then she is very valuable to your company. God Bless her.
