Ava was amazing! She provided great service, was very attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Overall, a great experience at Outback; we will definitely be back!

I wanted to edit my review of four stars and change it to five stars for the following reasons. In my original review, I had spoken about how the takeout food was kind of all separated and you had to kind of put it together yourself and the sauces weren’t warm and other things like that however, still the quality of food is good. The management team reached out to me and assured me that they would address the temperature of the sauces and stuff with the team. Tonight I got the same takeout again and it was absolutely superb. Everything was the right temperature put together all the things that the previous review lacked this tonight took care of. So I wanted to update my review and say thank you to Michael and the team at outback for following through. I really appreciate it.

I don’t even know where to begin. I have been here in the past and we didn’t get silverware until after our food had come. A few days ago we decided to try eating here again. We don’t mind the 30 minutes to get sat because that is normal on a night almost anywhere to get dinner nowadays but when we got sat we put in our drink ordered right away when we were asked. We ordered a Diet Coke, a water, a beer. We also asked for side of lemons. Our drinks took forever to come and when they did we didn’t get the lemons so we nicely asked again. When we put in our appetizer. We got the trio appetizer dish. The appetizer came out pretty quickly probably about 20 minutes after we ordered it. At this point we go to eat it and we notice we still do not have silverware. The appetizer is mainly finger food so we started to eat it but needed the napkins for our hands. I also was drinking my water at this point because I had started to eat. I noticed a smell coming from my cup and had my partner smell it as well and it smelt like fish water. We finally got a hold of our waiter and told her and she brought us a new water and we asked for lemons again and she kept saying how do I keep forgetting. She did see to have an around about having to bring us the new drink. We get it’s busy but at some point you have to remember. We also asked for silverware when we asked for a new water and we still had not gotten silverware. My side salad had come out and we had to track a few people down for silverware and they said let me go see if we have any. I could not eat my Salad for at least 15 minute after I had received it. At this point my partner and I are over it. We contemplated asking to cancel our order and we pay for what we had received already but we didn’t want to be rude so we waited for our meals. When the meals came I ordered the filet mignon and it was supposed to be cooked medium and it was basically well done. I proceeded to eat and it was just extremely fatty and not how that cut of steak should be. My partner got a New York strip and his was beyond tough to chew. We ended up just paying the bill and asking for a to go box after just a chew bites. When we packaged it up we decided to only take the sides because the steak was so disappointing and just a waste. We are extremely disappointed and dare contemplating on ever wanting to return to any outback location again

We had an early dinner so we were seated right away. The waitress was great attentive to all our needs checking back with us often. The wait time for our food was a little long but well worth the wait. It was prepared perfectly, the shrimp and chicken were cooked just right.
