  You would think with all the negative reviews this store gets and the lack of employees they have on a shift, they would take a good hard look at the management.

  La atención es patética. Pedí online, puse en la página a que me lo dieran en mi carro me dio un error, me bajé a preguntar y el trato hacia mi un asco. Fue solo un trabajador que trató de ayudarme, me dijo que fuera por afuera a retirarlo y cuando lo iba a hacer mi pedido desapareció, el muchacho trató de resolver pero la Manager no hizo ni la mínima intención de ayudarme y resolver, el muchacho muy apenado me pidió disculpas y lo aprecio. Pero la verdad es el único que ser humano que hay ahí, los demás tienen cero conocimientos de atención al cliente. No volvería a comprar ahí

  Waste me half an hour on the drive through when there are only two three cars around, the server only respond once with “just a minute” then stop responding for ever.

  Maybe we visited on a bad day, but they had no air conditioning, the floor was wet, tables were dirty, and service was slow. I think the doors should have been locked. Honestly, it was not suitable.

  This is by far the worst McDonalds in ALL of Tallahassee. I work nights and come through every morning for breakfast. The manager is sweet but this does not make a difference when they take one or two cats at a time through drive thru. There were three cats at the order spot and two waiting in the pay and pickup area. I waited almost ten minutes and then got out and went to the inside and ordered. The wait is atrocious! I will NOT return to this store and will go to another location from now on.
