  It’s 5:15 AM: - Doors are locked - Answered us on the intercom (drive-thru) but never acknowledged our order (waited several minutes) - Made eye contact several times but never spoke to us and continued filling up something from drink dispenser The workers don’t get paid enough to care about open hours.

  The food took forever, they didn't even start making it until we went up to the counter to check on it. On top of that we had to wait for a bit for someone to take our order as the kiosks were down and the place was not clean at all

  03.28.26 @ 1058 hrs _ Drive Thru. I Pulled in to Drive Thru at 1030 hrs. LOTS of Staff , but still SLOW . NO team work, LOTS of talking but NOT about the Job at hand .

  25 minute wait for a caramel frappe and an apple pie. Pitiful.

  They are supposed to close at 12am, but on 3 separate occasions at 10pm or later they say they are closed and refuse to take any orders. Update the hours if you are going to consistently close early. Just go to the Wendy’s across the street they are much better.
