  Sat in this place about 10 minutes waiting on my food. In that ten minutes I noticed a nasty lobby, three people came back inside with the wrong orders and missing items. Lady at the window wasn’t paying attention. Looks like a manager was telling her to pay attention either way the service was terrible. The menu in the lobby is either losing power or broken they need a replacement. This is probably the worst McDonald’s in Tallahassee with the Mahan location being a close second. I haven’t been to Tallahassee in years and I came back to the same unorganized and nasty Southwood McDonald’s. Maybe hire more staff to keep the lobby and bathrooms clean while the others handle orders? Either way this place needs help and needs work. ASAP. With the side of town it’s on you’d expect a little more.

  *Update, the owner contacted me and did absolutely nothing. This is one of the worst mcdonalds in town with wait time. All i want is a biscuit sometimes in the morning but i will NEVER be back. The manager on duty was one of the rudest managers ive ever dealt with. She just seemed to hate life. I ordered 1 large fry and a 6 piece nugget. Had 3 ranches and 3 bbq sauces in my order. She rudely comes up to the window and tells me "I cant be getting all them sauces and im going to have to pay for any amount of sauces more than 1" like what? They are free to add to your cart so why is the manager getting all rude over sauces? Even the girl at the window was confused and apologizing to me and said "shes crazy over them sauces" 🤣🤣 Then when I said I would buy some, They wouldn't add it on to my credit card order and wanted me to pay cash. So like 3 different people reached in my bag of food to add or retrieve sauces. So I just left with only 1 sauce and threw my food away because of all the hands in and out of there. Completely ridiculous and she 100 percent needs better customer service training and I will not be going to that McDonald's ever again. She is just a rude and nasty person. Last name Hayes from what the staff outside told me.

  The worker who put my hashbrowns in the bag didn’t have any gloves on and her while hand touched the top of my hashbrowns also i was finishing my sausage egg mcmuffin then see that the end of my egg is blueish green…

  I visited the McDonald's on Blairstone Rd around 9am on Feb. 7, 2026. The drive thru wait was not long, the person taking the order sounded kind. My complaint is that I did not receive all of my change. First of all when I handed my money over she took it and said nothing but started to close the window. Maybe for security, close the window. Anyway I said excuse me you didn't give me change yet. That's where her attitude shifted. She got my change then handed it to me. I didn't get a receipt but I knew what the total was. When I Ieft is when I realized her error. Now, what can be done.
