My daughters saw the Mini Crocs stickers and got extremely excited. We used the self-service kiosk, specifically selected the Mini Crocs toys, and PAID for them. The surprise? The Happy Meals came with two books and another random toy that made absolutely no sense. When we questioned the staff, the excuse was simply: 'We ran out.' How is it possible to have 'run out' if the kiosk allows the purchase and the display case is still on display? There were no notices, warnings—nothing. We asked for the toys that were in the display case; I asked the employee to go check with the manager to see if this was possible—since we had paid for them—and she went. When she returned with an answer, they gave us the flimsy excuse that they 'didn't have the key.' Result: Disappointed children and parents feeling deceived. If you don't have the product, DO NOT SELL IT! This is pure misleading advertising. 😡💢"

The line took forever to move, and I ended up waiting an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order. Even after ordering, the wait at the pickup window was just as slow. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast food,” the service was anything but fast. There didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff, and no explanation for the delay. If you’re on a break or in a hurry, this location is definitely not the place to go. Waiting that long in a drive-thru defeats the entire purpose of choosing fast food. Really disappointing experience.
