I’ve ordered office lunches from this location several times, and while delivery is always on time, order accuracy is often an issue. On this occasion, I received two of the same sandwiches (labeled for the same person) and one was missing. I called to report the problem—the person who answered was neutral (not rude, but not particularly friendly). I explained the missing sandwich and noted that the online system had also removed two quartered pickles I had ordered. As they said they’d get someone to help, the call disconnected.
I called back immediately and was placed on hold for seven minutes. When I tried again, I was forwarded to VM twice and twice the phone rang for about two minutes with no answer. I understand lunch hours can be hectic, but customers calling in should still receive the same courtesy.
Additionally, sandwich labeling needs improvement. Three had no names, and several were hard to read, though I managed to figure them out.
