  I really enjoyed eating here, the Mac and cheese bites and chicken tenders were amazing. Alyssa's service was amazing, I am definitely coming back!

  This place is really good especially one manager. Her name is Alyssa. She was super nice super helpful. She is a very good employee.

  The manager told me my order was picked up by a delivery driver and canceled via Uber Eats and refused me a full refund stating that Uber Eats was responsible for canceling my order. When I called Uber Eats, they said Florida Wing Factory canceled my order before it was picked up. So, either the manager lied of Florida Wing Factory or Uber Eats. Either way, $38.60 worth of food was never delivered to me or refunded. I will never purchase anything from this place again and I will tell all of my friends and family to avoid this place as well. If I were the manager, I would have refunded my customer based on principle. I ordered from Florida Wing Factory's website, so they should be responsible for rectifying this issue. I am a hard worker with 3 jobs. I am praying for all involved to reap what they sow.
