When I returned, I wanted to check if it was still hot, and although it had gotten cold, Fred immediately offered to have the order remade to ensure it was fresh and satisfactory. His professionalism and willingness to show grace truly stood out. While one team member wasn’t as kind during the interaction, Fred stepped in, handled everything with care, and made sure I left satisfied. That level of customer service makes a difference. Thank you, Manager Fred you’re amazing! And thank you to the team member who helped locate my order as well.

I called this location(where I ordered my food from) asking for a time on the arrival of my food since it was already 20 minutes delayed, they said they didn’t know before I could ask if it was already made a rude employee just hung up the phone on me…. I called again and the call kept failing as if they had blocked me, I called with a different phone and they picked it up just so it wouldn’t ring, but no one bothered to actually pick up the phone and speak. Just terrible and it’s not the first time something like this has happened to me.
