Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Also the drive thru lady was very rude & dismissive. It’s not the customers fault that your drive thru is moving slow & you made a mobile order too early & let it sit & get cold before we got to the window. We asked for our food to be remade & had to give the cold sandwiches back but not the cold fries or onion rings. Seems like Whataburger needs a faster way to get the food made or faster drive thru service & better customer service. We pay too much money to get cold food & attitude.

Location however the manager JABRAYIEL immediately addressed the issue even though it was not caused by him or his team. See its that type of customer service that encourages customer loyalty which grows the business. Im a former Gm of QSR industry and with out a doubt HE is a valuable asset Don't 😴 on him WB
