- LLLDec 28, 20251.0Ordered $28 of food in the drive thru. Combo missing fries. Was given a jr bacon cheeseburger with NO burger. Had to go inside and it took forever to fix. Wendy’s has gone downhill. There were other people inside addressing their messed up orders. None of us got receipts.

When we finally got the order they gave us a kid nugget instead of a kid burger and left out a 10 piece we ordered. We had to go inside and get it fixed. When we got home and opened our food, one of our burgers had 2 bottom buns and the other 2 top buns. When we went to eat our baconator fries, 2 orders of, they both had hard black plastic pieces in them that hurt both of our teeth when we bit into them. This was a disgusting horrible experience.

Paid for the food. ....then they tell me they is no sweet tea. Like that's it! So I asked can I get a refund on the drinks then? So she asked her manager who was right there. Then they start looking for tea up front (even though a minute ago they told me they were out). So the manager says you got the meal so that's ONLY like $2. So I didn't want to argue So I got 2 lemonade....1 of them I cant even drink. This went wrong from the beginning. You don't take someone's money unless you can give them what they ordered. Then when you can't provide it and we ask for our money back....you give it to them. You don't explain how difficult a refund is for you. And then she was like that's ONLY $2. Well $2 times 2 drinks is $4. And weather it's $2 or $4 it's my $2. I shouldn't have to show my bootie to get someone to do the right thing and help there customers.

Couldn’t understand the lady in the drive thru due her heavy slang it made it hard to articulate. Food was sub par at best. The fact this restaurant is still open is beyond me.
