  35 minute wait at the drive through. Then missed part of the order. Does anyone manage this place?

  I could never taste the food 10 min., waiting., for the attention of the cashier., I had to leave upset and without eating.

  Waited almost 30 minutes for food the fries was old nd cold the nuggets was cold no ketchup no sauce just nasty and i was serviced by the manager they no better Wendy’s yall got to do better .i bet yall would not eat cold food so why serve it to others.

  Would have left no stars if possible. Out of biscuits and didn't even tell us till I had waited at least 30 minutes and went to counter inquiring about where my order was. So we got charged for a biscuit but received a little bitty croissant. They were very obviously slow in purpose and absolutely no smiles or feelings of welcomeness.

  I usually try to leave positive reviews and not bad ones, but my experience this morning at this Wendy's location was abismal. They open at 7, we got there at 7:05 and no one was manning the drive through. So we did a mobile order, figuring it would save them and us time. We waited 20 minutes with no communication or movement from the employees. My husband went inside and was waiting, eventually I go inside to see what the problem is and I'm told (not him) that the lobby doesn't open until 8. Well why then does the app allow carry out orders? Why was one of the doors unlocked? I didn't want to come inside, I wanted them to do their job. Food was good, service is terrible. This is a management issue.
