While the person taking my order was fine, another employee’s behavior felt unprofessional — repeatedly leaning out of the window in a way that seemed to rush me, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I requested no pickles, but my order came with extra pickles, was cold, and appeared rushed. After eating, both my girlfriend and I became ill, which raises serious concerns about food handling and cleanliness. I also observed food being handled without gloves. This location needs better attention to food safety, order accuracy, and overall professionalism. I will not be returning.

Drive through employee says half the order is not available and to wait for the other half. Here we are 30+ mins later and food is still not ready. I have not seen a single car get their food. Edit: food comes out. Fries are inedible. Never tasted fries so disgusting. They added bacon on sandwiches (cannot eat bacon). So half order is missing. Other half is wrong.

Then say they just came up when you made your order and the potatoes are room temperature is crazy to me.. When you pay for food, you expect your food is supposed to be freshly made and hot. I don’t think people take making other people food seriously, but I guarantee when it’s time for there break, they drop fresh food for themselves. What is the difference? Can a manger make me understand why food is not fresh when a customer trust your employees to carry out your mission statement of quality and fresh food?
