I waited 30 minutes in the Drive Thru to get 2 large chilis and a Kids nugget meal served with cold fries and no sauce and no apologies for the long wait. The car in front of me pulled out pulled away after I was waiting behind them for 15 minutes already. When it was my turn to placed my order at the Drive thru I was greeted then asked to wait another 10 minutes before I could placed my order. When I got to the window I politely asked why there was such a long wait? I was told shift change!! Again which no apologies or respect for my time. The time stamp on my receipt stated 9:08pm but that’s the time I drove away from the window. I was driving a Silver Lexus, please check the cameras. This is fast food and should not have been so long without an apology or computer issues. This is not the first or second time this has happened. Last time I did not get a receipt because they were out of paper. Just unacceptable especially when I’m using my credit card. I come to this location because I live 3 minutes away. If this is a Franchise location I hope the investor or owner sees this review and correct some bad behaviors at this location. Date 12/18/25 S Blair Stone Rd Location.
