  I usually don't review fast food places unless they're extraordinarily good or bad. Wendy's store and food is about the same wherever you go, but what stands out is service. This Wendy's had extraordinarily good customer service! A genuine warm welcome as soon as you walk, ordering, and handing you your order. I'd like to highly encourage management to recognize the folks working yesterday (11/10/25) around 1pm. They were a fine oiled machine and very pleasant. Great experience.

  This Wendy’s location is either always closed, half open with the lobby closed, can’t take card or some other issue. I would be ashamed to claim them as my business and to know my name is on that building. Me and my husband have had issues with them for over a year now with the issues listed above. Tonight we tried to order and were told after going in the lobby, we would have to go through drive through if we wanted to use card that the lobby was cash only. I know good and well if you can take card in drive through, you are able to take it at the lobby register as well. I don’t understand the blatant lack of work effort and regard for their customers and community around them. I had to leave and go somewhere else to eat tonight due to the fact I refuse to go through drive through as they always get our order wrong because they are unable to listen to our order or are unable to understand what we need unless standing directly in front of them to make sure they get it right. It’s getting to the point that I don’t even want to go to a restaurant anymore because I can give myself better food and service at home. Can’t even enjoy a night out. So please someone step in and hold these employees and this establishment accountable. Thank you.

  Called to fix a small mistake. Called 3 times, nobody answered. I ordered a kids meal, my son really wanted the toy. Just wanted to ask if they would allow me to come back and get one the next day when I would be passing by. Not something that would take long for them to handle. I wished that they would have answered and at least they could have made it right. The food was fine, but just a little annoyed.

  So I went to this Wendy’s Thursday Oct 2nd at around 1:30 pm. I ordered the chicken blt biggie bag with two diet cokes and sweet and sour for the sauce. We get our food and I ask for the sweet and sour sauce because they gave me sweet chili and the man in the window was a prick and being nasty saying there’s sweet chili in the bag and they don’t make it anymore in a much more condescending manner than that. I don’t understand why you would substitute an item without confirmation. And we pull off and I check my sandwich and it’s a regular chicken sandwich which I paid for the chicken blt so about an extra 2-3 dollars more. But I was so fatigued by the service I couldn’t make myself ask for my sandwich again. Just be weary. Some of the female staff was sweet though.
