This time I ordered 4 wraps and 2 smoothies. When I picked up the order and got to the car, I realized there were only 3 wraps in the bag while I was handing them out to my cousin and little brother. I went back inside and politely explained that one wrap was missing. The employee immediately responded, “No, I KNOW I made 3 wraps — bring the bag and show me,” which felt accusatory, as if I was trying to get something for free. She didn’t first check the order or the receipt. After I showed the receipt, there was still no apology and the tone remained disrespectful. I’m not upset about the mistake itself — I understand that errors happen, especially during busy times. What disappointed me was the attitude and lack of basic customer service after the mistake was confirmed. A simple apology and respectful response would have made a big difference.
