  Millie was an amazing employee she didn’t even stress when cam I believe was her name left and went upstairs for “something” and left Millie alone. It took 20 min for my food and cam never came back! I found that crazy that she left her alone during a rush! It’s absolutely not acceptable.Ive watched multiple people walk away due to Millie being unable to run a store alone. The state of the back of the counter was insane and obviously showed she had been alone most of the shift. Please follow up with this.

  I work in the mall ...for some reason the last few weeks the employees refuse to sale food after 1:30 because they are "tired" I've worked in the mall 4 years. . And have never experienced this until recently....i know the sales not all that good where you can turn away customers ...this happened again today around 2:20 and the girl told me i should have came earlier...i didnt know it was a time limit on when you can get food ..then tried to argue with me about it ....😒...so when you see your sales from food has dropped this is why ...and the girl had a terrible attitude

  Im not sure what man angered the 3 young ladies that works in the day time around 3pm but they are absolutely the worst to have serve you . I eat here frequently and every single time its the same 3 that has an attitude

  They were just talking about eating Popeyes not taking care of us the lady cashier was insanely rude not give a damn about us told us the wrong price over and over

  The smoothies were good once we got them. The cashier didn’t ring up one of the smoothies we ordered so I had to go back up and reorder it after the fact. The wrap I also ordered was made with the two ingredients I had asked to be removed. Not to mention the fact we waited 15+ minutes to order when there was a single person ahead of us and another 20+ minutes to finally get everything.
