I've walked in and seen a couple cars in the Drive-Thru I'll go in place my order and wait and I'll see that the vehicle that didn't even order food when I walked in was still waiting, will be leaving with their food and maybe I'll get my food 20 minutes after that. I've also had to go up to the counter numerous times to check on my order after it's been 20 or 30 minutes and it will be sitting in the area where they put drive-thru orders. Nobody seems like they give a damn working at this store. People will wait at the counter since they have questions or need help and employees will just look at them like there's nothing they can do and can't even speak to them
