  Food was good, no issues with staff, but as I was eating pest control came in and sprayed some stuff all along the floor, even where I was. I've never in my life seen someone spray roach stuff inside a building, that's gross and not good for humans. Please don't do this again, if you need to spray for roaches, schedule it for at night when nobody is there

  We waited for almost an hour for our food while dining inside. They prioritized drive through, mobile and delivery orders. There were over 10 customers waiting inside. Then when we finally got our order, we were missing a combo. The manager also refused to speak with us.

  This was genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We waited over an hour after ordering to finally receive four out of five of our meals, none of which were marked to indicate what they were, nor were they what we had ordered. The lobby was mostly empty when we got there, but quickly became full after ordering. After other guests had waited about 30 minutes and still hadn’t gotten their food, they asked to speak with a manager and he just shrugged and refused to speak with them. Waiting ten minutes or more for FAST food is unacceptable, waiting over an hour is completely ridiculous. We would have easily waited less had we gone to a good, sit down Mexican restaurant. So please, if you have any respect for yourself, don’t eat here.

  DO NOT COME HERE!!! This has been, on multiple occasions, the absolute worst experience of my life. This place needs to be shut down. No joke, takes over an hour to get your food. Thought the first time was just a one time thing, but no, it’s happened multiple times. Five+ cars would get their order in drive thru before ONE might EVEN be touched in store. There was no focus on the lobby. Multiple people got a refund and left it took so long. One guy asked to speak to the manager, a lady tells him that a guest wants to speak to him, and he shrugs it off. Insane. Multiple workers just standing there doing nothing. Once a few of us got up to check on orders and complain about the outrageous time, several of the workers started to laugh. I get my order and am missing one box. Let them know, and they make one. Open our meals and several things were wrong. At that point it had been well over an hour, so I didn’t even bother having them fix it. But come on, get your act together. Do not waste your time or money here. If I could give this 0 stars I would. TLDR: Staff was rude, wait time over an hour, order inaccurate, manager unwilling to help. 0/5 stars

  I am writing to formally report concerning conduct by a manager at the Taco Bell located at 3209 N Monroe St Tallahassee, FL 32303 United States. On a prior visit, I was asked to leave the restaurant for remaining inside too long while charging my phone. I complied immediately, remained polite, and left without incident. I did not return to the location for several days afterward. On my most recent visit, I experienced an urgent bathroom emergency and entered the restaurant solely to use the restroom. While inside, I overheard the manager murmuring to a coworker. Shortly afterward, the coworker approached me and stated that I was required to make a purchase before using the restroom. As I exited the restroom and prepared to leave the store, the manager repositioned himself at the front counter and appeared to deliberately aim his phone camera toward me. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable, intimidated, and surveilled. No explanation was given, and the conduct felt unnecessary and unprofessional. In addition, during previous visits to this location, I observed behavior involving an employee and a customer that raised concerns about a possible inappropriate exchange occurring during business hours. While I cannot confirm what the interaction involved, it was concerning enough to note as a potential safety and policy issue. I understand that individual locations may have policies regarding restroom use. However, the manner in which this situation was handled — particularly the apparent attempt to photograph or record me — was distressing and does not align with reasonable expectations of customer treatment. I am not seeking confrontation. I am requesting that this location, and specifically the conduct of the manager involved, be reviewed for professionalism, customer interaction standards, and overall safety. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
