  I made a visit to this location today in Southwood, and placed my order, proceeded to payment counter and was told we do not accept subway coupons at this location. No sign on door stating do not accept coupons. This is poor customer service, the coupon has no store exclusions. Jersey Mike's it is.....

  Ordered through the app for the Woodville hwy, Tallahassee FL location on May 28th and was called by Shawna from the store right after placing the order telling me they decided to close early, my food would not be made and my order refunded/voided.  Here we are over a month later and I still have not received a refund for $20.95 despite several attempts at contacting the customer care line that the employees at the store insist is the only way to be refunded. No response has been received from anyone from this franchise or corporate as they seem fine with committing theft/fraud because of a situation that they caused  Customer Service is obviously non existent as a customer should not have these issues when the problem is caused by the store. I know this store isn't the one referenced.  I will keep posting 1 star reviews of Subways until contacted by Subway corporate or the franchisee.  Go complain to them if you don't like this review as until then all Subways are 1 star establishments.

  IT was ok but give WRONG price over the phone N WHEN I got there sub's was $3 MORE because got quoted a price of BOUT SHOULD'VE been $12.50 THAT DID include tax SO just be real careful there
