  First time eating at this location and DENZEL blew me away!!!! His cleanliness, customer service, attention, and everything about him was TOP TIER! He washed his hands when changing customers, in between different tasks, as whenever he touched a surface. He interacted with my hyper kids amazingly!!! He needs to be TRAINING all subway employees city-wide! I will be back! Thank you Denzel, if you see this!!!!

  The Indian guy is rude and doesn't make your food right at all. I placed an online order and it was supposed to be toasted he didn't toast it I asked him you didn't toast it could you please toast it. Me being pregnant I don't want to get sick from a cold sub. He said oh I already made it so I can't you'll have to microwave it. So he refused to toast it or remake it. I asked if I could cancel my order then because I didn't want it and he said no and proceeded to just leave the sub on the counter and walk away. When I get home with this poorly made sub I open it and notice it doesn't even have the right cheese or sauce on it and he did the wrong bread.. So he just didn't care in general to make my sub. He's rude, unprofessional and I won't ever go there when he's there. I'll only go back when I know for sure denzel is working since he's the only one that seems to care about customers. ( If it can get remade by someone else or a credit added to my account that would be great because I can't eat this sandwich it literally has to go in the trash. Since he Refused to remake it and he didn't even put the correct items on there to begin with. So if someone could please contact me at my email so this can be fixed that'd be fantastic.

  We were welcomed into the store by Denzel who was busy tending to other customers. He was so pleasant and professional with all the customers before he got to my daughter and I. While completing our order he changed out any veggies that were almost empty to ensure we had fresh ingredients. The major thing I found amazing is his attention to washing his hands and changing his gloves with every change of activity, from taking money to preparing the next persons sandwich, Denzel was on it. As an former health inspector, these habits will make businesses grow and keep customers coming back. I will definitely be back.

  Love the vibe I got tonight at this store! Both employees tonight were very friendly and welcoming. Denzel brought amazing energy with the best customer service I’ve received in a long time and finished the visit with a very freshly made sandwich. I hadn’t been to Subway in years, but I will definitely return to this location.
