    Extremely hot in the lobby. Why no AC? It was a long wait time too to be sitting in a room with no AC! My order was actually ready and they just wouldn't hand it to me. And I told them what I was waiting on. Poor service. One of the employees seems sober-ish, the other who I told about the order apparently just didn't care.

    The mangers & employees were rude disrespectful and I don’t ever think I would support Puzza Hut again. The white employees treated the black customers differently than they did non black customers while I was there. I witnessed the racism and unfair treatment that occurred and I’m highly offended veteran. The mangers unprepared for the promotion and his professionalism went out the window. My order# 0198 and it this occurred on 8/12/25 @ 5:53pm

    The staff is very rude. I called in for a personal pan pizza order and I was promised the same. When I reached the restaurant the staff said they didn’t have the order and refused the service. Very unprofessional and rude.
