They seemed to be a little short staffed but everyone was moving very fast to get us all out of there. They were really pleasant, double checked my order, and even asked if I needed napkins or a bag. Just wanted to commend them on a job well done and apologize for the rude and impatient customers that seemed to make an already hectic night slightly worse. The icing on the cake was a hot and fresh pizza and wings that me and my daughter enjoyed! Thank you again.

She greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome right away. Courtney was attentive, kind, and made sure my order came out just the way I wanted. She checked in to be sure everything was perfect, which I truly appreciated. The combination of great food and excellent service made my visit memorable. I left feeling satisfied and impressed with how smoothly everything went. Courtney was absolutely amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back for both the Flatzz pizza and her outstanding service!
