We’ve had it once before in a different state and it was very good. This time though… The sauce was nasty. The crust was flavorless. The cheese had that weird cafeteria texture. Maybe the other ones in town will be alright. Staff was kind. Location was clean.

The manager promptly came up front to assist me when an employee called for her help. Keisha was friendly, professional, and quickly assisted me and was able to resolve my issue. She knows her customers well, as she told the employee that I visit their location all the time. I am now able to enjoy my order while it is still hot and I did not have to go through any stress to get this sorted out.

I called the pizza hut and they said someone called and couldn't get in touch with me. The order was taken back to the pizza hut. When I spoke to manager, she acted like she didnt care! There was no attempt to make it right or anything like that! What a terrible way to run your business!
