Then somehow, with only 3 people in the entire restaurant, my order was behind schedule AND cold. Everything was thrown together, the bag wasn’t even closed, and my sandwich was almost falling out of the wrapping. The whole order was only two items. How is it so hard to literally just heat things up?!?!?! Not a single employee looked like they even cared or acknowledged the lateness. One employee simply stood there talking on her cell phone, hiding behind a shelf thinking no one could see. Photo attached is supposed to be the “ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich”… more like cheesy bread with some steak. Don’t waste your money, go to the student union or Apalachee location.
