I then wait at the window for upwards of 15 minutes after they take my card, no communication from anyone inside, and the main girl at the window seems to be standing around doing nothing while everyone else inside scrambles around. I get my order, and the staff were polite, but no apologies for the wait/acknowledgment of it. Then I get home. They completely left a sandwich out of my order. You might say, hey, you should’ve gotten a refund. But I already drove off, and didn’t figure this out until I got home, because I’m not trying to eat in the car. So yeah, super long wait, staff are somewhat avoidant and they literally robbed me. A couple bucks for a sandwich they never put in the bag. Y’all had more than enough time.
