  we will be taking our business & money elsewhere. we came this afternoon 11/23 at 1:00 pm. we ordered medium rare & medium steaks that came out well done. mistakes happen. but my mac & cheese was also wrong, it comes with breadcrumbs & they weren’t on there. didn’t realize til i left so i didn’t say anything. 25 mins later we got our steaks remade & were given steaks cooked rare. also not what we wanted. we didn’t send them back again, we were tired of waiting, wanted to go home, & just finish cooking our steaks to our liking there. i would like to note our server was wonderful and attentive. i also am disappointed that a manager didn’t even come out to check on us, we weren’t even expecting a discount/steak taken off the bill but we didn’t even receive that either. you clearly do not have a single care in the world for your customers. we. will. never. be. back. we had a terrible experience. and we would really like someone to look into this and handle it with whoever was running that kitchen today.

  This was from my visit on 11-18-25. If I could give this a zero star I would. I walk in and sit at the bar. First thing I noticed is a nasty stench coming from the bar. That should have been my first read to leave. I decided to stay and ordered my food. My salad comes out immediately but I have no silverware. The bar doesn’t seem to care and the customer nexts to me gets up to try and find me some. She couldn’t. I finally get the bartender attention and ask for some silverware. She walks off and can not find any. Instead of rolling some herself she must have asked someone else to do it. After waiting for several minutes while she mixes drinks I decided I’m leaving. I paid for beer and left. Such a horrible experience and terrible customer service. Do better.

  Went to Outback for my son’s birthday and it completely disappointed. First, we discovered that their fountain drink machine was out of order, so they were pouring our drinks out of 2L bottles from Publix (and still charged $4 per drink). They were also out of coconut shrimp, sweet potatoes, broccoli, several salad dressings, and were serving ketchup from bottles with the Publix logo on them. Our bloomin onion was quite burnt and all of the food was seasoned very heavily. Seems as though there are deficiencies in the ordering process for this particular restaurant….

  We went to Outback last night for dinner. There were 4 adults and a toddler in our party. We called ahead and arrived on time 6:00 pm. We were seated right away, we were told by the hostess seating us that she would bring back more silverware (there was only two sets on the table). The waiter came and took our drink order and we ordered our app and dinner selection at that time, the cheese fries came out, and we were still short silverware and there were no bread platesor app plates for us to use with our cheese fries which were very greasy and not crisp at all . We asked again for silverware and had one set brought to us, so we asked for another set, and it took a while to get the last set of silverware. Finally the second app we ordered was brought out (we had been there about 40 minutes by this time). At 7:00 pm the waiter came by and said it was going to be longer before we received our meals because they had a large large on the other side of the restaurant. After waiting a hour and being told we would need to wait longer (with a toddler), we decided to leave, the waiter brought the bill for our apps and we paid and left. No one apologizes or manager came to talk to us. We will not be back to Outback!!

  If zero was an option that's the score I'd leave. We ordered steak, mashed potatoes, and salad. Salad was topped with ranch that tasted like it had a pound of black pepper dumped in it making it too spicy to eat. Steak wasn't seasoned at all and was extremely tough to cut. Mashed potatoes were super thick without any flavor. Husbands steak arrived rare instead of medium well. He sent it back to be recooked and 20 minutes later it was finally brought out. Macaroni had a ton of black pepper dumped in it making it extremely spicy as well. We asked for steak sauce three times before we finally got it. Definitely not what we expected for a "nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary." Will not be back!
