Asked for takeout bowl to just take it home to warm. They give me takeout bowl but they are out of lids:( Then get my meal. Taste but Cold as well. It’s 9 pm they close at 10 absolutely no one here!! How is this possible! Waitress seems very unconcerned that everything is going home to heat & eat!! Sucks…..they used to be soooo good!!

Overall, decent food, but half of dinner is the service. Props to Christian; Server of the Month 🙌

- WFWallace FloydDec 20, 20253.0This was an incredible disappointment. The blooming onion, a staples of the franchise, was not peeled fully, which caused the onion to have several inedible sections. Unfortunately, the remaining onion wasn't cooked fully, as evident by the dry powder seasoning still in many sections. I ordered a ribeye and the first steak brought out was a NY Strip. When mine finally came out, it was not as hot as it should have been. While cooked perfectly, the steak lacked seasoning and was filled with connective tissue. The highlight of the experience was the server. She was great. Leisha did her job, but the kitchen staff... there needs some attention there.
