  My Delmonico was grilled a perfect medium rare. Service was choppy. Took 40 minutes to receive our entree. The kitchen did not seem to have a good rhythm and appeared to be behind. Caused a ripple effect with waiting for a table longer, and tables not turning.

  My experience last night was awful. Ordered a burger with nothing on it. It arrived dripping with sauce and every condiment imaginable. The server’s response was “oh, I told the kitchen”. Then I asked for a separate plate to move all the burger mess and the server never showed up. Had to go to the kitchen to get a new plate. Then, we are sitting at small table, and nothing was cleared out of our way so we had to dodge messy plates to finish our dinner. Wow Outback, I thought you were better than that. We were there around 5pm so it was not crowded to justify the poor service and meal. Will not be back…what a waste of time and money.

  There was a $3.99 upcharge for the french onion soup thats under the All You Can Eat for $10.99 menu. & it was the saltiest french onion soup ive ever had. I went in for lunch for a lunch priced meal & it still ending up costing me $32 & some change. The food i had was good, but NOT $32 good. I dunno that i'll ever go back or recommend this place to anyone.

  We came in as a party of eight to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and from start to finish the experience was amazing. The host was welcoming and kind, which set the tone right away. Our server Natasha was extremely attentive and provided some of the best service ever received, friendly and attentive throughout the night. The food was consistently delicious, which is one of the reasons this place is a go to spot. The Koala Punch from the bar was fantastic, and whoever was bartending Tuesday did great. Overall, a great atmosphere, great drinks, and outstanding service that made the celebration unforgettable.

  Worst dining experience in a long time. Was seated at 418 and never got a glass of water or bread and must have taken 15 minutes before we got a drink. Ordered the steak meal for 4 which was shown online and nobody knew anything about. Manager came over said it was TOGO only so we ordered it TOGO and got a wedge salad, still no water or bread. Had to wait 1 hour before TOGO meal was ready. No body knew what meals were offered at the tallahassee location apparently online. Seems you should know your business to me. I guess good employees and managers are still in short supply since Covid. Won’t be going back for a LONG time. And it’s not like they were busy either. You can see the empty tables on our side of restaurant.
