When we came in, they treated us like we were stupid and had to go back to the drive thru, even though we were just told to come inside. We asked several times for our food and never received it, so we canceled our orders. Definitely not coming back to this location.
- BABrie AliNov 1, 20251.0Drove down from Atlanta to FAMU and stopped here to get the kids breakfast. The store was filthy. Trash all over the floor and sticky spills. After an almost thr drive, the kids needed the restroom. No employees were visible in the store. After several minutes, what appeared to be a manager came to the front and simply asked "did you need something?" We asked if we could order, he flippantly replied "you can order on the kiosk!" When we asked if the restroom could be opened be said it was out of service and walked away. A few seconds later another gentleman came up front and asked if we'd like to order. No, but thank you! Makes zero sense for customer service to be this poor, especially at 7am. I sure hope that guy has a better day!

- JDJack DevronOct 23, 20251.0I totally love having the vehicle ahead of me's order taken in the drive thru only to wait at the box for 15 mins pull away because something is obviously wrong, and then they take the order of the vehicle behind me instantly when I drive away. It's awesome thanks for nothing.
