I waited, arrived, and discovered they didn’t have any of my donuts. I had to walk the counter staff through the order because whoever called me disappeared into the day. Finally, Krispy Kreme “DOTS” are just stale cut up donuts. Did private equity acquire Krispy Kreme? Because it’s AWFUL these days.

I moved to FL in august of 2024 and I had krispy kreme for the first time a few weekends ago. Let me just say it was genuinely the worst experience i have ever had and I don’t think I will ever go again. I absolutely love the iced coffee… I ordered one and the lady handed me a literal slushy. A black coffee slushy. I immediately knew it was wrong based on the color and the top so I asked her if y’all did cream and sugar in it and she very nastily said “No.” I then asked her if she could put some in it and she proceeds to hand me cups of cream and packets of sugar. I paid for a caramel iced coffee with sugar and cream and they couldn’t even put it in there for me. I guess a manager or someone else came to the window and said “She’s new, she’s learning how to make drinks” or something along those lines. She had a horrible attitude that made me feel like I was bothering her and remade my coffee but it was still a coffee slushy that didn’t even taste good. I wanted my money back at that point but the employees were so rude I didn’t even care to bother them and threw it away and went to Dunkin. The employees are hateful and nasty and i’m never spending another dime here after this.

Even while boxing donuts and multitasking like crazy he took the time to fix an issue with my phone and helped another employee upload my number so I could get my birthday reward he even told me happy birthday my guy DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!!!! And I will be back!!

When someone finally answered, I started to order, but was told a bunch of theomes I ordered were were out so I was pretty indecisive on what to get. When I got to the window the cashier said something along the lines of “I wouldn’t go through the drive thru next time if you’re this indecisive”. She probably was trying to be helpful but the way she said it left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll take her advice and not go through the drive thru again, but I don’t think I’ll even be going inside…
