    I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for the last two years and used to enjoy it, but lately the service has been really disappointing. Yesterday I ordered through DoorDash and when my sealed bag arrived, almost everything I ordered was missing except the sandwich. That means the store didn’t pack the order correctly. When I called to let them know, I was basically told there was nothing they could do and that I had to go through DoorDash. The problem is, DoorDash doesn’t always give you a refund for missing items, so I was just out of money and food. I decided to give them another chance today at lunch, and once again things were missing from my bag. It’s really frustrating to pay for food you never receive, especially when it’s not even that busy. I don’t normally write reviews honestly, I always thought it was kind of corny but after two days in a row of bad service and no accountability, I felt like it needed to be said. For a place I’ve been loyal to for years, this is truly disappointing. And please, spare me the copy-and-paste automatic responses. What customers need is real accountability and better service.
