Dunkin’ Donuts would be better off just closing this location. Note to the wise- drive ALL the way across town to avoid this place, unless you just feel like starting your day out being furious. -6 stars everytime.

- CWChelle WalkerSep 22, 20255.0Food was hot and fresh, drink was perfect and definitely enjoyed the $6 breakfast deal. 11/4/25 So, I goto this Dunkin often and decided to stop by on this day. I placed my mobile order, picked it up at the window and proceeded on with my day to get half way through my sandwich to notice a long hair in my food 🤬🤢. Ughhhh, so I turned around to go back to the location to get a refund. The person working drive through that day came to front counter I showed her rhe hair and she said oh ok do you want your money back, uhhhh yes and another sandwich. She told me she couldn't refund me and give me a free sandwich. I told her, imagine if it had been me telling her that at 10am, and wirh no coffee(which BTW was getting cold in the car). She returned money for my sandwich ONLY, had the same young lady, whose hair i believe was in the sandwich make me another one and then asked if I wanted to keep the one with the hair! I like the place but won't be back bc no one apologized for this or thought I should receive a refund and free food. Will find a new location!!
