  I’m lowkey surprised to see bad reviews because i’ve been coming to this dunkin for a couple months now and it’s honestly the best one in town. Every other dunkin i go to around here sucks compared to this one. Whenever there’s a line it’s always moving quickly. I get pretty much the same thing everytime I order and it’s never wrong. The workers are nice and communicate clearly. Travis is the best!!!! We always have a lil chat and seeing him makes my day🤞. But yeah this dunkin is great I try not to go to the other ones in town😂

  I used to love this location when Stephanie was the manager. Since she’s gone, everything has gone downhill. I’ve had to dispute two separate transactions with my bank because when I get there, they don’t have what I ordered on the app. I love Dunkin’, but I don’t recommend this location anymore.

  there’s been the worst customer service I’ve seen and gotten. I’m not sure who the manager or supervisor is but they really need new decent people who at least don’t yell at the customer through the drive through— which is literally the bare minimum for working in customers service. I’ve actually in the 3 years of going to that dunkin, I’ve met only 2 good employees. I get people go through stuff and they might not be in the best mood in the morning or just are cranky the whole day, but if you’re that type of person all the time and can’t put a face for a customers then I really suggest not.. ?… To work with customers?? I’m sorry but it’s just gotten very frustrating because everytime I go there there’s always attitude thrown or people yelling , or just not being nice at all period. Anyway I’ve had worst experiences with them, I just hope I can someday feel comfortable going to that dunkin again, because I love dunkin. But this is just very frustrating.

  I randomly stopped at this location to grab a coffee. I was attended to immediately by a friendly young man. My coffee was made quickly and it tasted very fresh. The two guys working the front were both kind.

  I'm annoyed. 6AM on Christmas Eve and you give a person a cold breakfast sandwich that should at least be warm, a cup that's 80% ice even when though I asked for lite ice, and FIVE hash browns in what's supposed to be a medium. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I never eat here, so I didn't know what to expect, but never again. I'm not going to say they didn't deserve 1 star, because the sweet tea was truly delicious, and it annoys me more that it's mostly ice.
