I can through the drive through one day last week and could hear the manager ( or what i believe to be the manager) screaming at someone on the phone! the usual employees used to always be so happy and laughing and joking with all the regulars and now they don’t even seem to want to be there. I will be driving past here on my way to work from now on and stopping at a dunkin closer to home!

She was a force and gem! I made the mistake of online ordering to a location 20 minutes away. She valued my patronage and produced the order for the sake of my convenience. The front counter girl was very nice as well. Everything was fresh and clean, considering it was a day after Labor Day weekend. Good job 👏
