  I ordered two pizzas and parm bites. When I go to pick them up they first forgot the parm bites which I didn’t mind waiting but then when I got home I saw they not only gave me the wrong order but the pizza I got was already eaten out of with a slice missing. I call up there and they don’t even ask my name, order number, or phone number just to bring it back if I want it remade. I drive 20 minutes back and they were so rude and inconsiderate the entire time. They told me there would be a wait for the remake and that I should’ve called I explained that I did call and he was so short with me so I just asked for a refund. He told me that he could put the refund in but that I would need to repay for the other pizza tonight. The whole experience was honestly the worst and I don’t think I’m ever going to be going back after being treated that way and i signed up for points but have since deleted my rewards account with you guys. Absolutely disgusting.

  Took well over an hour to get the pizza I ordered, the tracker lied about wether or not it was actually ready

  The Monroe location was the closest to my house, and I stopped ordering because there was so many issues with delivery time, food, and missing items. I've ordered from here twice now, and I've been happy with their service.

  Food is great! Been here twice and it was hot and fresh both times, service could use a little work in terms of greeting customers when they walk in and making sure they're updated about their order but otherwise great experience and polite staff :)

  The cheese was excessive and the cuts were terrible. I was excited for this spot but it has been consistently disappointing me.
