  I can see why they don't apply the "30 minutes late and you pizza is free" offer, it takes them more than two hours to deliver! Just another food company business decreasing on quality.

  I placed my order at 12:43 PM and waited over three hours for a single box of pizza and wings. After all that time, I was told they only had one driver, which should have been communicated upfront. The situation was made worse by the unprofessional attitude of the girl on the phone, who ultimately cancelled my order. This isn’t an isolated incident. I constantly have issues with this Domino’s, including missing items from my order and receiving cold pizza. I usually love Domino’s, but this location continues to be extremely disappointing.

  I'm Gabriel. On the evening of December 5th, I placed an order with the order number 315. When placing the order, I accidentally entered the wrong room number as 323 even though I live in room 133. However, I clearly noted on the order that the driver should call me so I could come to pick it up. Despite this, the delivery driver did not call me at all. Instead, he went directly to room 323. Even though the person there said they didn’t know who placed the order, the driver told me it might have been that person’s roommate (this is what he told me afterward when I asked him to confirm). Yet he still did not call me to verify and handed the order to someone who wasn’t even the person who placed it. After I called the driver, he said he had already handed the food to someone in room 323. But when I went there, they told me they did not receive any order. I believe they may have taken my food. Although entering the wrong room number was my mistake, the driver did not follow my note. I waited almost three hours with an empty stomach and ended up receiving nothing, even though I paid about $38. I then had to place a new order (order number 381) on the same day, December 5th, 2025. I feel that this was a waste of money and I am very dissatisfied with the delivery service. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the order 315 that i didn't receive.

  I’m writing this regarding an issue I experienced at this Tallahassee location during a curbside pickup order. Not only was the curbside service unacceptable, but the order itself was completely wrong. First, I paid for a large cheese pizza but was given a medium instead. On top of that, the handmade pan pizza was supposed to be steak and cheese only, but what we received was a completely different pizza topped with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and white sauce — nothing close to what we ordered. To make matters worse, when the employee brought the food out, she was extremely rude and tossed the pizza box through my car window. The pizza slid inside the box, and most of the cheese stuck to the top. She also didn’t provide the Parmesan cheese I had ordered. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and came across as hostile, to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable going inside to ask for a replacement. This entire experience was very upsetting, and far from the level of customer service or accuracy I expect from Domino’s. I’m asking that this incident be looked into and that I receive a replacement order or appropriate resolution. Thank you for your time and attention.
