She was running the location by herself when we came in and when I tell you these were the best pizzas I ever had from Dominos. Cooked to literal perfection when at other times I've believed they could cook a little longer with the extra toppings we order. I really had a mediocre standard for the place before. It's the closest location to our house and I preferred others, but Jackie deserves a standing ovation for how she changed that view. I feel in the future I don't even want to come unless she's there based on other reviews I'm now seeing.

My last experience in September of 2025, pizza was an hour and a half after “expected delivery time”. I called the office to see about a replacement pizza, due to the pizza being cold, drinks cold, and the box crushed in the middle. The lady picked up the phones advice was to: stop monitoring the pizza delivery man. I live 2 miles away, 2 pizzas and bread sticks took 2 hours. Staff was rude as hell, with no option to fix the problem they made, just “bring the pizza back for a full refund”. My family wanted food, Dominos used to be the go to. Over the years it has fallen terribly. It’s hard to let go of my childhood pizza, but I’m so far gone now. Would not recommend, unless to a mortal enemy. I hope your chain ends up as horrible as how you treat customers. This dominos pizza chain is terrible. Staff and manager have zero customer service. Pizza is over priced and the atmosphere there makes you want to never order from them again. Thanks for ruining pizza night and charging me way to much. I’m still mad about this 3 weeks later. Boooooooooooo!!!!!

- RCRobert ColvinSep 9, 20251.0Medium pizza takes a hour and a half for delivery for 2 miles. I called the store the guy was rude and i got hung up on when I asked about my order. Definitely will not order from this location ever again. Somebody needs to fire and rehire all new staff.
