My kids love the ice cream but when she’s there it’s like chef’s kiss. Maybe tonight was just a bad night, but no customers were there so I don’t know what happened…I had to go home and replace my daughters bun and cheese because they messed up her very basic burger. She had 2 burned bottom buns and like a quarter slice of cheese with a ton of mustard when Kristina rang it up with just cheese and ketchup.

Either poor training or the employees just don’t care. Not sure when the blizzards starting coming with some assembly required
- AAAva ArtlipOct 8, 20251.0So I roll up to Dairy Queen, craving a simple Blizzard and a little peace in my day. I hand the lady my card — normal transaction, right? WRONG. She hands it back with a paper to sign (which, by the way, I’ve never had to do at a drive-thru in my entire life). I didn’t realize there was a pen hiding in there, so I just reached for the paper. This woman — and I quote — says, “Girl, I don’t have extendo arms.” EXTENDO. ARMS. Ma’am, I was not prepared to be verbally attacked in the Dairy Queen drive-thru for not being Inspector Gadget. Then she slams the window in my face like she just finished the final scene of a soap opera. Comes back a minute later with an attitude so strong it could curdle the soft serve. Hands me my Blizzard, doesn’t flip it (which is literally their one moment of pride), and just walks away like I’m invisible. At that point I was waiting for a hidden camera crew to pop out, because surely no one’s this dramatic over a signature receipt. The whole experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly kind of iconic in how bad it was. If you’re craving a side of attitude with your ice cream, this is the spot. Otherwise, save yourself the emotional damage and go anywhere
