  We’ve had good experiences here! The staff work hard, and the only critique would be the quantity of food, and how it significantly varies every time we visit. One day our pick up order will be packed to the brim, and the next day it won’t even reach the top of the bowl. Nothing major. This store is extremely busy throughout the day, and experiences stolen orders often due to the packed location.

  There was a sign that said no chips while on the side there where over 15 bags of chips then when I ask for chips other workers shouted at me stating that I could not read and that the sign is not big enough for me. AS WELL as messing up my girlfriends burrito and she asked nicely to ask for it to be fixed they gave a nasty look as well as not fixing the problem and only making it seem like they did.

  I walked out of there at 1:16pm 2/23/2026. The cashier is a rude employee. I guarantee you can see her attitude if you look in the camaras. The customer before me asked for a side of hot sauce which I did not know you can ask for that since its my first time there. When it was my turn to pay I asked for a side of hot sauce too and she rudely hissed and told the other employee "he wants a side of hot sauce too" of course with a attitude. Like if I was asking for too much. Or like it bothered her. I wanted a soda and chips but just said no. What I really wanted to do is turn around and just walk out of there. The only reason I did not is because I was just simply too hungry and I work for the state (business area also) so I was in a hurry to get back. I am a veteran also and did three tours and I still just cant understand why people just have horrible attitudes. Will not be back to this one and if my coworkers ask me I will tell them the truth. Every other employee I saw there were nice that's why I gave it a 2 star. Don't even know how much I paid because I did not get the receipt and did not want to ask because of her attitude.

  I was really disappointed in my experience with Chipotle. The restaurant was a mess, tables and seats were dirty. The person serving behind the counter looked like they would rather be anywhere but helping the customers as the food items were literally slopped into the bowl. No chips or napkins available. I think it will be a long while before I feel brave enough to try here again.
