  If I can give this location negative stars I would. The wife and I went on Friday Jan 2nd and ended up getting food poisoning. Mind you we still had 13 hours left on our drive to get home! If you’re thinking about going here………. DONT!

  I don't know if this chipotle was just understaffed, undertrained, or just slammed but it was struggling. Took 20 minutes of waiting in line, the place was a mess behind the counter, the girl preparing food was nice but she was cross contaminating food all over the place with how much she was spilling food into other containers and on the counter. The guy making chips and running the cash register left me at the register for a few minutes to take care of the chips but he was reusing a dirty bowl to make the chips, and then one of the guys who was working the mobile order section dropped 2 stacks of bags for chips on the dirty ground and just put the bags back on the counter and started using them for people's orders. And finally the brown rice was undercooked, the utensils were empty and the ice machine wasn't working for the soda machine.

  This is unacceptable. I ordered online and I did not get the food until 20 minutes after the promised time. And then just to top it all off, look at this portion size of my burrito. This is unacceptable. I want a refund and full compensation.

  “This place is absolutely disgusting. From the moment you walk in, everything is filthy—tables are dirty even though the place is empty. Once you get to the food area, there’s food scattered’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The health department should definitely make a visit.”

  To the Manager of Chipotle, located at 3425 Thomasville Rd UNIT 1, Tallahassee, FL 32308. I visited your establishment to order a bowl for my mother. The young lady was sliding the bowl down the line through the fixings that were wasted from before. I requested that she not slide the bowl through the soiled, wasted food because it would be all over her hands when she picked it up. Who wants sticky Queso sauce, beans juice, corn, cheese, and lettuce on their hands because the bottom of the bowl is nasty? If you are going to slide the bowls down the line, then maintain a clean and wiped surface after each use to prevent mess. It is unappealing and reflects poorly on customer service. The only reason I purchased the meal was because it was my mother's preference. I will not return to your location again due to the subpar customer service experience.
