As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We showed him our phone and that we placed it at the right location and he went away again. About a minute later it said the store canceled our order. They also had a line almost around the block that they were not getting to because it looked like they were too busy talking. Would not recommend.

Here are my last 3 experiences at this store: First, I was told the store was closed while looking directly at a sign that said it should be open; next I was told I had to wait 30 minutes because they were in the middle of a shift change. I've worked in Food Service my entire life, that should take 5 minutes tops and a customer shouldn't be turned away because of it; and the last straw, today I oder a combo with a shake to which I'm told the shake machine doesn't work. I'm done. There are other places to spend my money. I will not be back to this location.
