  I haven't been here in 3 years.last time was in ohio.they have upped their game and it's even better than I remember

  The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly and working hard to get orders out. Customer service was great and I appreciated how polite everyone was, especially the little girl taking orders, very sweet. The food was just okay for me. My chicken was a little overcooked on my sandwich and the teriyaki sauce for it had a strong ginger or spice flavor that didn’t quite work for my taste. One thing that surprised me was having to pay extra for dipping sauce for the wings. That felt a little odd since it usually comes with wings. Overall the place is clean and the staff are very nice. I just wish the food had been a little better. We are not from Tallahassee but drive through for lunch often. Thanks for the experience best of luck to ya.

  Me and my children love coming here. We walk here once a week for an ice cream date and it’s always so clean! The staff is friendly and just let us relax and hangout. The perfect place for a good meal or just a sweet snack thank you guys!

  Had cheesesteak, fries, and a lemonade. Everything was fresh and well made. The store was clean and the service was friendly. 10/10 recommend going!

  Yesterday I stopped by Charley’s Cheesesteaks on W Pensacola St. I was under the impression that this was just another chain restaurant, but I was happy to hear that this location is locally owned and operated. Of course, I had to support. My order was a Strawberry Lemonade, Ultimate Fries with Cajun seasoning, and a Bacon 3 Cheesesteak. First, thank you to the cashier who recommended the sandwich. He steered me in the right direction for sure!! I enjoyed this meal so much, and I’ll definitely be back!! The most outstanding observation about Charley’s is how CLEAN everything is. The establishment is kept in great shape, for sure. Even the food tasted clean, which is a big indication of quality. Everything was nicely balanced flavor-wise, and I didn’t feel guilty after I finished my meal. I cannot wait to go back and try out their wings and peach lemonade!! If you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and low-key I definitely recommend stopping by and supporting locally owned Charley’s Cheesesteaks on Pensacola St. Huge shoutout to the staff, who clearly hold high standards for this establishment!!
