  Staff had positive energy, establishment was very clean, manager was accommodating and kind. Was in need of a meal that wouldn’t make be feel like crap and stopped at this cava just in time for the limited time sweet potatoes to be back. Thank you Cava!

  I didn't love this place as much as others. My food was unexpectedly very spicy and the dish I ordered was very busy with a lot of things that don't exactly go together for me. Service was chill and pleasant, I still miss the old restaurant that was in its place before.

  Do not order online at this location. I placed an order online and got to the restaurant 20 minutes later. I sat there and watched them serve 24 customers in line before I received my order, which was one simple bowl. Staff did not care when I asked. They just blew me off. I will never come back to this location. Management poorly.

  I have been to Cava, at this location, 3 times before today and only 1 time was pleasant. The most recent visit was 20 mins ago. The most recent visit prior to today was back in July 2025, due to the unpleasant visit. Today, I ordered online and saw that I had a reward for BONUS Pita chips. I decided to redeem it. I set my pickup time for 1:15pm but they were so busy that I didn't actually have my food in hand until almost 30 minutes later (long wait, but understandable with the rush). Once I received my food, due to my past experience, I decided to check my food before leaving. I did and noticed there was only 1 bag of pita chips. I ordered one, and redeemed my reward for a BONUS Pita chips. I signaled for the gentleman passing out orders and told him I was missing Pita chips. He was a heavy set, Caucasian male with tattoos. He had a snarky/rude tone and basically asked did I order them. I explained that I ordered chips and redeemed a BONUS. He then demanded that I show him the receipt. I did then he said that I only get 1 order of chips because the BONUS made my ordered chips free. I then told him I wanted 2 orders of chips which is why I redeemed the BONUS. He just looked at me, basically like "oh well". His tone and delivery was very upsetting to me, especially since I know the difference between the words BONUS and FREE. Because of this experience, plus the others, I will not be back. The food is extremely good, but it's not worth the horrible customer service. I'll try again next year...maybe.

  Shoutout to John and Sophia at Cava on Thomasville Road in Tallahassee! They were both so professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They took their time helping me, answered my questions, and made me feel really comfortable and taken care of. On top of that, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted. This location has great service and a great team. I’ll definitely be back, and because of the way they treated me today, they’ve gained a long-standing customer in me. Thank you, John and Sophia!
